Free UK Shipping

 We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

There are no hidden delivery fees or minimum purchase requirements.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT)
  • Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3–12 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Some products stocked in our UK facility may arrive sooner.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking confirmation email will be sent automatically to your registered email address.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active on the courier's website.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address information
  • Incomplete address details
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Customer unavailability

We will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
